He constantly beat on the card holder like he was mad with it, because the cards weren't flowing smoothly. The Blackjack dealer had long stringy hair that appeared not to have been washed in a couple of weeks, and his attitude was terrible. Beverage service in the casino was non existent also. There was a food truck parked at the front door, where no one was eating. The whole establishment had a dirty feel to it, not to mention the drunk lady laying in the hallway on the fifth floor. The rooms are old and outdated, and the stuffing in the tiny pillows was non existent. Room wasn't ready at 5 pm, and when we went back there was no one at the check in desk for a good 5 minutes. It all started with the crumbling parking lot, which was filled with trash, and went downhill from there. For those that rate this place above a 3, you don't get out much.
